The phone never misses time; does the router reset to zero as soon as the power goes out? What's going on with NTP Sync Times? I sent a package to take a look
My mom's router is scheduled to shut down at midnight and doesn't run at night. The root cause is the system time resets to zero. I did some research and found out: phones rely on base stations to send time, computers rely on motherboard batteries, routers don't have anything but rely entirely on NTP. I sent a 48-byte packet using Python to see how the timing issue actually worked....
