Don't throw away your old Xiaomi router—plug the network cable into the WAN port, switch to the cable relay in the background, and in three steps, convert it into an AP, just send WiFi and use it as a switch. After changing 192.168.31.1, if you can't enter, it's because the management IP drifted, not bricked. The main router device list can be recovered. Includes a list of expired functions and my 2.4G IoT private network usage....
