The 512GB SSD on the study desktop has gone viral, but the material library software still only recognizes the local drive path. I used iSCSI to mount the NAS as a local hard drive on my computer, with sequential read/write speeds of 106MB/s maxing out gigabits, but each LUN only allows one computer to connect, accidentally deleting the LUN causes the entire drive to evaporate, and disconnecting the network causes the drive to crash.
