detailed steps

Scenario 1: Check the connection + enter the correct IP (highest priority)

1. Wired connection : Connect your computer to the router's LAN port (usually a yellow port) with a network cable
2. confirm WiFi: If you are wireless, make sure that you are connected to the router's WiFi (not the other router's)
3. check the label on the back of the router: Most router back stickers say the default gateway address and account password
4. common brand default IP:
   1. Xiaomi/Redmi: 192.168.31.1_HTML72__
   2. TP-Link:192.168.0.1 or 192.168.1.1
   3. Huawei: 192.168.3.1_HTML86__
   4. ASUS: 192.168.1.1
5. type IP in your browser's address bar instead of searching with a search engine
