The red light flashing for the optical modem (LOS) is not due to unpaid bills, nor is it the router's fault. The PON and LOS lights are facing each other, and a single table distinguishes whether the registration is normal, the optical path is broken, or the data center side is disconnected. Check for dead bends, reconnect fiber optic plugs, disconnect and restart in three steps—self-check. If you encounter three hard wires, just call 10000.
