The Xiaomi router AX3000T cannot access the Internet and the indicator light is normal

First: Check the status of the light cat and broadband

1. Observe the light cat indicator: red LOS light flashing = fiber line failure, contact the operator
2. SMS or call the operator's customer service to check if the payment is overdue
3. If the light cat is fine, try restarting the light cat: unplug → wait 30 seconds → plug it back in
4. After the
   reboot is complete, wait 2-3 minutes before checking the router

reconfigure the router if you don't have internet access yet

1. computer connected to the router Wi-Fi or connected directly with a network cable
2. browser to access 192.168.31.1 (Xiaomi router default IP)
3. log in to the management interface to check whether the Internet settings are normal
4. If "Not connected" is displayed, re-enter your broadband account password
5. save and restart your router

still can't go online, try a factory reset

1. locate the small Reset hole on your router (usually on the back)
2. press and hold for 5-10 seconds with a toothpick or pin until the light flashes
3. After
   release, the router will automatically restart and reconfigure the Internet
