My cousin bought a second-hand Tenda AC10 for 50 to 60 yuan, wanting to flash OpenWrt as a side router, and the seller immediately said it could be flashed. I turned Enshan inside out and inspected for him: the Mercury model used a custom TP1900N chip with 4MB flash memory, and the flash door was soldered shut right out of the box; Tenda can handle it, but AC9 depends on the flash version, and AC10 still needs to be identified as V-type first....
